Processed vegetables oils like sunflower oil, soybean oil and rapeseed oil are commonly used all around us in dressings, pre prepared meals, sauces and restaurant meals. During the 1960’s and beyond, a marketing campaign to promote the health benefits of vegetable oils and the harmful effects of saturated fat began.
